Objectives

Nagpur is a fairly big city, having many offices and educational institutions where young women are working. In the recent year, number of working women in the city has been on increased. The population of the lady students are also increasing. The young women/girls coming from outside city find it difficult to get suitable residential accommodation. It is neither safe to stay in a rented independent flat nor is it economically possible for them to pay exorbitant rents, similarly girl students of different educational institutions find it difficult to get admissions in their hostels. Some educational institutions do not even have the hostel facility. Hence, the demand for residential accommodation is considerably more.
